National Endowment for the Arts Recommends Music for Autism for Art Works Grant
We are excited and thrilled to be recommended for a National Endowment for the Arts grant!
National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) Chairman Jane Chu has approved more than $82 million to fund local arts projects across the country in the NEA’s second major funding announcement for fiscal year 2017. Included in this announcement is an Art Works award of $20,000 to Music for Autism to continue our free, interactive concerts for individuals with Autism. We are humbled to be included in the over 1,000 grants the NEA will make that range from $10,000 to $100,000.
“The arts reflect the vision, energy, and talent of America’s artists and arts organizations,” said NEA Chairman Jane Chu. “The National Endowment for the Arts is proud to support organizations such as Music for Autism, in serving their communities by providing excellent and accessible arts experiences.”
We thank the NEA for their support and, most importantly, thank you for your continued trust in us to provide you and your loved ones high quality, unique musical experiences!
