Congratulations to our US Founder, Dr. Robert Accordino
On March 4, 2015, U.S. Founder of Music for Autism, Dr. Robert Accordino, was announced as a recipient of the prestigious Laughlin Fellowship. The Laughlin Fellowship is a program that was launched in 1976 by the American College of Psychiatrists to recognize accomplishments by psychiatry residents. Each year, ten residents are selected who are likely to make contributions to the psychiatry field.
In his nomination letter, Dr. David H. Rubin, Program Director of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Training Program at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, notes, “Robert is fully and equally dedicated to every assigned and elected responsibility. The Laughlin Fellowship program will benefit from his ability to motivate and mobilize others.”
