Virtual Concert with Soprano Meghan Kasanders and Pianist Dror Baitel
We welcome all individuals with autism and their families nationwide to attend our interactive concerts from their homes.
11 am Pacific / 2 pm Eastern
“A wonderfully promising, rich dramatic soprano,” Meghan Kasanders is quickly establishing herself as a rising star in the world of classical music. In the 23/24 season, she debuts with The Dallas Opera in Elektra and Dallas Symphony Orchestra for Das Buch mit sieben Siegeln.
Israeli pianist Dror Baitel is celebrated for his versatility across genres, from Beethoven to Sondheim. He was part of the original music team for Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Hamilton and served as pianist-conductor for Dear Evan Hansen. Recently, he made his Carnegie Hall recital debut with Meghan Kasanders for the Carnegie Citywide Series. Dror’s debut album, “Breaking Glass Ceilings: Music by Unruly Women” with violist Rose Wollman, debuted at #2 on the Billboard Traditional Classical Chart.
We are excited to welcome them to Music for Autism!
