Eydie Alyson starred as “Audrey” in Little Shop of Horrors during its award-winning Off-Broadway run at the Orpheum Theater, directed by the show’s original co-creator, Howard Ashman. Eydie made her Broadway debut as “Chava” in Fiddler on the Roof at Lincoln Center, and toured in three National Companies of Les Misérables, including the original Los Angeles and San Francisco companies. She played wacky “Mamie Eisenhower” in the west coast premiere of Michael John LaChiusa’s First Lady’s Suite and is featured on the original iTunes cast recording. Her many regional credits include roles such as ”Sister Amnesia” in Nunsense, “Bella” in Lost in Yonkers, “Janie” in Isn’t it Romantic, “Rhonda” in A New Brain, “Gertrude McFuzz” in Seussical and “Dee Dee” in Suds.
